Dogs are welcome and the cottage can accommodate two.  Lincolnshire has an abundance of woods, beaches and countryside walks for you and your dogs to enjoy and details of these are available in our information folder provided in the cottage.

The bedroom has a king-size bed and is set on a galleried mezzanine overlooking the sitting room. Steps down from the sitting room lead to a luxury bathroom with an oval air bath, big enough for two, and in which guests can have a gentle and relaxing aquamassage. There is also a separate shower cubicle.

Outside the garden overlooks the small pond and is partly gravelled and planted with sea-side loving plants. There is a separate paved area with patio furniture with raised shrub borders and climbing plants. A further private lawn area looks up the valley and into the orchard, an ideal spot for birdwatching.

Bath and hand towels are provided in this cottage. The cottage has its own parking space. This is a pet-free cottage.

River Bank Cottage has 2 downstairs living spaces. A kitchen/diner. Which is well equiped with everything you could need to make eating at home pleasurable. smeg fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, ceramic  hob, cooker, washer/dryer.

The living room has every comfort you could need Relax on the leather sofas infront of the living flame gas fire while you enjoy smart tv with free view.

The upstairs gives  way to a master bedroom with king sized bed,32" smart tv , hairdryer and plenty of storage
