Derwent House is fully equipped for groups of up to 12 people. The Georgian property (circa 1753) offers spacious accommodation over three floors. The house offers two sitting rooms, a large very well-equipped kitchen and a stunning oak panel dining room, with one table seating 12 people. The house is ideal for groups to spend time together in a welcoming and relaxing environment. There are six bedrooms and five bathrooms (four bedrooms are en-suite plus a Victorian style bathroom with roll-top bath.
Each room is individually designed to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment. Downstairs there is ample space to socialise together or take some time to relax, read or listen to music. Each bedroom is individually designed. The house is ideal to relax after a day enjoying the delights of the Peak District. WiFi internet access.
