Borland Farmhouse is a traditional red sandstone building dating back to the early 1800's, set in a rural area, but not far from the local town of Cumnock, accomodation comprises of 3 super king sized bedrooms and one smaller twin room, a sitting room, TV room, one upstairs bathroom with walk in shower and bath tub, one downstairs shower room, large dining kitchen, games room woth pool table and drinks station, outside area has lots of onsite parking, enclosed gardens, seating area with 7 person hot tub, fishing available 2 minute walk.
