The great aspect of having a holiday cottage with a garden is that there is somewhere for your children to play safely whilst you get on with the things that you have to do that make a day out at the zoo enjoyable.

Staying in a holiday home means that the family can relax and run around in the same way as they would in their own house but it also means that you have certain chores to do. You may wish to pack a picnic to take out for the day when you go to the zoo, or at least a drink and a few snacks.  There are always eateries in zoos and animal parks but that’s what pushes up costs for animals and it is less expensive to take your own packed lunch and drinks. The children will love seeing the animals and a whole day out will undoubtedly tire them out so that they will be content with playing in the garden or watching TV when you return to your holiday home.
