Large comfortable house, recently completely refurbished. Sleeps 26 in 13 rooms, each with their own bathroom. All furnished and decorated tastefully and comfortably. Step free access and a lift make the house accessible for the disabled and elderly. Spacious reception rooms include Hall, sitting room, huge oak panelled drawing room, dining room, study, billiard room with full size billiard table, kitchen, scullery and laundry room. Oil fired central heating. Well equipped 3 room kitchen with Rangemaster electric range cooker, two dishwashers, two larderfridges, freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Wifi (10mbs) throughout the house. Two flatscreen smart TVs and DVD/blue ray players. Othere TV,s in Kitchen and Games room. Bose SoundTouch wifi speaker system. Outside a large and beautifully kept garden. Barbecue, Veranda. A hot tub seating and outdoor furniture to seat 24. Downstairs Disabled suite and a Swimming Pool will be available from Spring 2019
Ideal place for family get togethers, birthdays, anniversaries or groups of friends, wedding parties (in-house, Gretna Green or Kirkandrews on Esk Church) , business meetings, conferences and team building. Walking on the Estate, fishing on the Border Esk by arrangement, Tennis court at nearby property by arrangement.Hen parties, stag parties and special celebrations all welcome.
