Rent a remote holiday cottage in the stunning Highlands

Book a holiday cottage or a pine lodge in the Scottish Highlands, the uphill scenic area where eagles soar high and people are few and far between.
Many traditional buildings now used as holiday homes are built of stone with strong thick walls that sound, nor cold, penetrate. The chances are that there will be a woodburner radiating out heat in the fireplace and cosy rugs on the floor. Scotland can be a little chilly at times and not only in the winter.

Pine lodge in the highland areas

Or, you may prefer a more modern Pine lodge, perhaps of Scandinavian design, that also has good heat insulating properties and a natural embracing cosiness?

Timber lodges look fabulous against a backdrop of mountain and forest which is prevalent in the highlands areas of Scotland. They are kitted out to a very good standard and make for extremely comfortable holiday homes. Parking is usually provided adjacent to a lodge.

    Holiday rentals in beautiful places

The Highland region of Scotland encompasses most of the north west, the remote islands and runs from Oban in the south up to John o’ Groats and Wick in the north. There is list of stunning places to visit such as Fort William, Inverness and Aviemore. Do take a look at any holiday rental accommodation in the sparsely populated highlands of Scotland.
