A holiday home in Flaxpool Somerset would mean staying in a rural area on the edge of the lovely Quantock Hills in North Somerset but very close to the A358 and easy access to the north and south of the county. Your accommodation could be a farmhouse or a secluded country cottage. If you would like privacy and that ‘away from it all’ feeling then a holiday in Flaxpool or the Quantocks is ideal for you.

The nearest village with amenities is Crowcombe but there are also a couple of pubs close by and tea rooms. The Quantock hills are perfect for holidaymakers who arrive with dogs and who plan to spend much of their time going for rambles in the countryside. It is a good place for picnics during a walk, the Great Wood Picnic Area has tables for that purpose.
